How to permanently delete your account and everything stored with it.
What gets deleted
- Your account (name, email, password)
- All meal logs, macro & calorie history
- AI meal plans and recipe favourites
- Pantry, shopping list, and water/sleep tracking data
- Body stats, measurements, and progress photos
- Family group membership and shared data
Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
How to delete your account
⚡ Fastest — instant
Option 1 — Delete from the app
- 1 Open Nutri Macro on your phone or at nutrimacro.ie
- 2 Tap Profile (bottom right tab)
- 3 Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
- 4 Confirm deletion — your account is removed immediately
📧 Email request — processed within 30 days
Option 2 — Email us
If you cannot access the app, send us an email from the address registered to your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Cancel your subscription first
Before deleting your account, please cancel your subscription to avoid future charges:
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Nutri Macro → Cancel
- iPhone: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Nutri Macro → Cancel
- Web: Sign in at nutrimacro.ie → Profile → Manage Billing → Cancel
